A Special Note About This Sale: Although this sale has had an Estate Sale Benefit Preview for The Victorian Alliance which you can read about here: Tillman Preview. Valetta and I want to assure all of our loyal customers that this was a benefit event and not a sales event.

All items which we were contracted to sell, are still in this weekends estate sale – there have been no pre-sales.

There are approximately 100 items in this sale that we allowed preview attendees to leave sealed offers on. Any sealed offer that we received, will be opened on Friday morning the first day of our sale, and the marked price or the highest offer will prevail at the time of our opening.

Parking: In this neighborhood parking can be difficult. We have reserved 7 parking space in front of our estate sale for our customers. Please carpool when possible, to keep parking spots open for others.
