The service you provided with our recent estate sale was beyond my expectations. You had prepared the house so it seemed to me like an antique shop. The articles were very tastefully displayed in an interesting fashion which made one want to wander around to not miss anything. You sold items I had not expected would find to be of any interest so would conclude that is a reflection of how the estate sale items were made to be attractive to the customers.
The detailed accounting of all items sold was also much appreciated. There were no doubts about any item. I was also pleased to see that the preparation costs prior to the sale and the cleanup and disposal costs following the sale were below what we had agreed in the contract.
My final comment is about how you left the house. Prior to the sale, the place was pretty much a mess with debris scattered all around. I was very pleasantly surprised when I visited the house after you finished with the sale. It was spotless, very well cleaned out and in sale-ready condition. That I had not expected, and it cemented my conviction that I made the right choice in selecting Fine Estate Liquidation, Inc., to handle the estate sale.

Keep up the good work and more success in the near future with the gold teeth! – also the rocking horse, the silver urn, etc. There are quite a few pieces that could bring a sizeable amount if you are fortunate get the right areas with the right needs and the wallets.
I may be able to add some more for another addition to make it more interesting – if I can bring myself to part with a little more.

Hi my name is Mike,
My wife and I are the one’s who inherited the Picasso painting. Wow we were very excited, when we read Picasso’s signature. I just knew we had something. I made a lot of phone calls, asking around.
I met this art dealer he took one look at the painting and said it’s the real thing. Before I even knew what was going on, he and his lawyer had a contract they wanted me to sign giving him a large percentage of the sale (RED FLAG).
I started looking around on my own. After talking to a number of people I met Mr. Martin Codina, best move I ever made. He seems to be a man who loves his work. It’s not about the money (all the work he did for us never charged a cent) it’s all about the find.
When we found out the painting was a copy, Martin was as disappointed as we were.
